The Morrison Selection Studio and Design Centre
This is the fun part of the homebuying experience — when you choose your interior selections and personalize your home. In the Selection stage of your home building experience, you will be assigned a personal Design Consultant to walk you through the process and choose the best interior design elements for your floor plan.
The Studio Visit is broken up into Seven Steps:
1.) Cabinets, vanities, and built-in features.
2.) Surfaces: fireplaces or any interior masonry. Plus countertops, tiles, and backsplash.
3.) Interior Finishes moulding, trims, and interior doors.
4.) Paint and trim colours.
5.) Fixtures: plumbing, electrical plan, and lighting fixtures.
6.) Security, automation & audio.
7.) Glass & Storage: mirrors, shower doors, garage storage options.
